John Cross agrees to serve the Poor with Coals from this day until
11 day of October for the Sum of Four Pound Ten Shillings
A Vestry Held this 24 day of April 1833 Acording to Notice
on Sunday the 14 day of the Month for the purpose of Making a
Rate or Assesment for the Employment of the Poor of the Parish

Resolved that a rate of 6d in the Pound on the houses, & gardens
only ~ 8d on Houses & under 3 acres of Land & 1s in ye Pound on
all other rate payers, be collected on the 2d of May
1833, & every rate payer who shall have employed &
paid Parish Labourers to the amount of his rate
shall be considered as having discharged his rate, & every
rate payer who shall have employed & paid Parish
