And that Mr A Durrantt and Mr Rob Hartly bee survyars
of the Highways  Mr Coleman first proposed
Mr Rob Hartley and the Show of Hands was great for
Hartly ?—? was Durrantt same person proposed him
and he had at show of Hands it was agreed that they

should Be Surveyors

And that Mr Wm Everett and Rich’d J Hartly should be
Appointed to the office of Constable and they both had

at great show of hands

The above propositions was unanimously agreed to by the Vestry
Dated this twenty third Day of March 1838


At a Vestry held this 26 July 1838 it was
agreed that the Persons as per Blank Sheet
are exempt from Paying Rates

at the same Vestry it was resolved that a Rate
of Two Shilling in the Pound shall be an ?order? for the relief of the
Poor
